Research Experience:

Bai Libiao, Deputy Director of the Study Center for Green Engineering and Sustainable Development, Chang'an University, associate professor, Ph.D, Master Instructor. Since 2010, he started to his research work on Project Portfolio and project program management, related studies won the third prize of Science and Technology of Shaanxi Province and the first prize of Science and Technology of Shaanxi High Education Institution. He has undertaken and participated more than 10 various research projects such as the National Natural Science foundation project, the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences project, provincial and ministerial level project in Shaanxi and so on. Moreover, Dr. Bai Libiao has published over 40 journal articles about project program synergistic management on high-level home and abroad academic journals, more than 20 of which are published by the first author, 6 of which are included in SCI/SSCI.
